Beyond the Tapt Card and the Tapt App tools available to all users, as an Account Administrator, you have access to some game-changing features to supercharge your team’s networking strategy. While setup is usually reserved for Admins, these tools are designed to benefit all cardholders, making collaboration and coordination key.

Let’s dive into the details of each tool and how you can use them to elevate your networking game.


The Mighty QR Code

The QR Code tool is as flexible as it is powerful. Here’s how to generate and use it:

How to Export a QR Code:

  1. Log in to your Tapt Dashboard and navigate to All Profiles.

  2. Locate the profile you want and click the three-dot icon under the ‘Other’ column.

  3. Select Export QR Code.

  4. Choose your preferred file type and click Download.

Using Your QR Code:

You now have your QR Code! Here’s where the fun begins:

  • Marketing Materials: Add your QR Code to posters, brochures, or digital assets.

  • Promotional Items: Print it on business cards, stickers, or fliers.

  • Unique Placements: Think outside the box—it can even be a decal for your car!

The possibilities are endless, so get creative and make those connections count.


Digital Email Signatures

Make every email an opportunity to connect with customised Digital Email Signatures. These signatures provide instant access to your profile and ensure smooth exchanges of contact details.

How to Set Up Email Signatures:

  1. Navigate to Templates > Email Signature on your Dashboard.

  2. Design your signature (don’t worry, you’ll see a live preview as you go!).

  3. Click Save Changes to finalise the template.

How to Share Email Signatures with Cardholders:

  1. Go back to My Profiles and click the Other icon next to the profile.

  2. Select Share Email Signature.

  3. The cardholder will receive an email with instructions on adding their signature to their email account.

Every email they send now becomes a mini networking moment—how good is that?


Customised Digital Wallet Cards

Take your brand’s identity further with customised Digital Wallet cards. This tool allows users to save their card to their Apple or Google Wallet for quick and easy sharing.

How to Customise Digital Wallet Cards:

  1. Head to Templates > Digital Wallet on your Dashboard.

  2. Design your card for both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet formats (they’ll appear on the same page, complete with previews).

  3. Click Save Changes to lock in your designs.

How to Share Digital Wallet Cards:

  1. Navigate back to All Profiles and click the Other icon next to the profile.

  2. Select Share wallet pass.

  3. The profile holder will receive an email with options for their phone’s operating system (iPhone and Android).

  4. Just tap on your OS, and add the card to your Digital Wallet.

Quick Pro Tip:

If the cardholder doesn’t have email set up on their phone, they can:

  1. Open the email on their desktop browser.

  2. Right-click the button for their phone OS and copy the link.

  3. Send the link to themselves via a messaging tool they can access on their phone.

  4. Open the message on their phone and click the link to add the wallet pass.

And just like that, they’re ready to share their digital card effortlessly!
