A standout feature of the Tapt card lies in its accompanying digital profile, further enhancing the impact of your physical digital business card. When you tap your card on a new connection’s phone, they are directed towards your digital profile – so we want to make sure that what they see wows them!

When it comes to setting up this digital profile, you can access extensive customisation options, from visual aesthetics through to the vast array of files and links you can add in.

Have a look below at an example of what this digital profile can look like:

Don’t worry – we’ve got some tips and tricks to ensure that your digital profile stands out.

  • Add a banner image. In the above image, this is the ‘Dundler Mifflin’ logo that sits as the cover image on the digital profile. To add a banner image, log into your Tapt Dashboard, and navigate through Settings - Profile Design.

  • Change the colours of your digital profile. This can also be done through Settings - Profile Design, where you can use your company’s branding guidelines to select the correct colours for the buttons, page background, and text. (Hopefully, your business colours are more interesting than the ones for Dunder Mifflin!)

  • Make sure your links and files have eye-catching names. Consider uploading links to your latest work product, a cool project you’ve worked on recently, or coming up with a witty name for your marketing collateral.

  • Add a profile photo your digital profile! Alongside the banner image, this can make your digital profile feel more personal and welcoming. (It also means that when new connections save your profile to their phone, your photo will also be saved – an easy memory jog for when you next contact them!)

Make sure you use the above tips to set your digital profile (and yourself) up for success the next time you’re networking.
