Receiving New Contacts
Tapt simplifies and enriches the process of connecting with others. We've gone a step further by providing you with powerful functionalities tailored for effortless and seamless contact sharing.
This means that not only can you share your information, but you can also expand your own contact list by accepting contact information from others. To do this:
2-Way Contact Exchange: Before anything else, ensure that the 2-way contact exchange feature is enabled to effortlessly share your information with new contacts and receive their details in return.
Initiate Contact Exchange: Tap your Tapt card on your contact's phone or have them scan your QR code using the Tapt app, Mobile Wallet or Tapt Card.
Share Your Details: Your contact will be prompted to share their details with you. They can do this by clicking "Share Your Details" and filling out the contact information form.
Automatic Logging: The shared contact details will be automatically logged as a new contact in the Tapt Dashboard and stored in your Tapt App.
Receive Email: You will receive an email with the contact information, ensuring you have a record of the new connection.
