Customising your Tapt card’s two-way contact exchange form ensures you’re collecting the right information from new contacts when they tap your card. Follow these simple steps to tailor your form to your networking needs.
Step 1: Enable Two-Way Contact Exchange
Locate the profile you’d like to customise.
Click “Edit” and scroll to the “Two-Way Contact Exchange Form” section.
Toggle the switch to enable the form. (This is on by default)
Step 2: Customise Your Form Fields
Click “Templates” in your dashboard.
Select “Contact Exchange”.
Toggle on the fields you want to collect from contacts (e.g. name, email, phone number, company name).
Step 3: Save Your Changes
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “Save” to apply your updates.
Step 4: Test Your Form
Tap your Tapt card on an NFC-enabled device.
Fill in the form as a test contact.
Ensure all required fields are working correctly.
