Customising your Tapt card's two-way contact exchange form allows you to collect essential information from contacts when they tap your card.

By following these steps, you can easily edit and enable the form to ensure you collect the right information from leads:

  1. Log In to Your Tapt Account: Click here to log in to your Tapt account.

  2. Enable Two-Way Contact Exchange: Find the profile you'd like to enable two-way exchange for, click "Edit," and scroll down to the "Two-way Contact Exchange Form" section. Toggle the switch to enable the form. Note: This will be toggled on by default.

  3. Customise the Form Fields: To customise the information you collect, click on "Settings," then "Contact Exchange," and toggle on the fields you would like to collect.

  4. Save Edits: After making your desired changes to the two-way contact exchange form, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save" to apply your modifications.

  5. Test the Form: To ensure the form functions as intended, tap your Tapt card on your phone or another device that supports NFC. Complete the form as a test contact to verify that the information is being collected correctly.
