Each Tapt Digital Business Card includes a dynamic QR code, visible on the front of the business card.

This dynamic QR code is linked to your Tapt Digital Profile, and provides an alternative way to share your details with new connections. Instead of tapping your card against their phone, your new connection can scan the QR code using their camera. By scanning this QR code, they will be taken straight to your Tapt Digital Profile, the same way they would be through using the tapping function.

What if I update my Tapt Digital Profile?

If you need to update your Tapt Digital Profile at any stage, don’t worry! Because Tapt’s QR codes are dynamic, they will always link to the most up to date version of your Tapt Digital Profile. This means there's no need to update your physical card each time (unless any of the details printed on the card need to change).

Why does the QR code on my design proof lead to the Tapt website?

If you use our design team to assist you with the design for your Tapt Digital Business Cards, you’ll receive a design proof before we send your cards to print. This design proof is used to make sure you’re 100% happy with the look of your cards before you receive them.

Because your Tapt Digital Profile would likely not be completely set up before the cards are printed, the QR code in your design proofs will, if tested, send you directly to the Tapt website. Rest assured, when your Tapt cards are sent to print, each card will be printed with its own individual, dynamic QR code that will link directly to each specific Tapt Digital Profile.

What if my QR code isn’t scanning correctly?

If your QR code isn’t scanning correctly, or isn’t sending your connections to the correct Tapt Digital Profile, please get in touch with our support team at support@tapt.io.
