Getting Started
If you're unsure whether your card is activated, simply tap or scan your product with your phone to determine one of the following:
If it opens your profile: Your card is activated, and no further action is needed - Happy tapping!
If you see an activation screen: Follow the steps below to activate your card.
Note: If your profile opens, but there is no email attached, please reach out to your account administrator or the Tapt Support team to request adding your email to the profile. Your email is required to log in to the profile via the App.
How to activate your Tapt Product?
There are 3 different ways to activate your Tapt Product:
1. Tapt App
Download the Tapt app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app and tap or scan your product.
Follow the prompts to link and activate your digital profile.
2. Web browser
Tap or scan your card on your phone. If the Tapt app is not installed, it will automatically open in your web browser.
Follow the prompts to link and activate your digital profile.
3. Tapt Dashboard
Log in to your Tapt Dashboard.
If you don't have a Dashboard: Contact Tapt Support to create one for your account.
Navigate to the Products tab.
Click Activate Products in the upper right corner.
Enter the activation code. If the code is valid, the Activate button will change from grey to purple.
Click Activate to complete the process and generate a new profile linked to your card.
Note: using this method you can also assign your product to an existing profile
