In this document, we will provide a step by step walkthrough of how to setup our direct integration with Dynamics! This integration will allow anyone on your team to instantly sync the leads they collect via Tapt to your team's Dynamics 365 account.
This integration will automatically connect to the fields below, with no additional configurations needed:
First name = firstname
Last name = lastname
Email = emailaddress1
Title = jobtitle
Phone number = telephone1
Company = Company
Owner = The person who collected the contact
Connecting your Salesforce Account
First, from the home page, click into the Integrations tab. Then find the section for Dynamics and click ‘Configure.’
Next, you will see a Dynamics popup as shown below. Click on "Connect" in the top right of the popup.
Select and configure your integration. Choose to create either Dynamics contacts or leads when a contact is generated using Tapt. You can also decide whether to update existing contacts in your Dynamics account.
You will see that the button in the top right of the popup now shows "Connected". Great job!
