Organisation
All Profiles: The 'All Profiles' page is the central hub for managing every profile on your Dashboard. Here, admins can view all active profiles at a glance and make edits quickly and efficiently. It’s the perfect way to keep your team’s information up-to-date and consistent, all from one convenient location.
Groups: The 'Groups' page simplifies team organization by letting you create and manage groups with ease. Add new members, invite Group Manager's, and customize each group’s profile design—all from one centralized location. It’s a powerful tool for keeping your team structured, connected, and aligned.
Templates: The 'Templates' tab offers two key pages to customize your Tapt experience.
Profile Design lets you set the header image and branding colours for profiles not in groups, ensuring alignment between your your team's Tapt Profiles and your brand identity.
Contact Exchange lets you control which fields appear when the two-way contact exchange form is opened, making it easy to personalize how information is shared.
Insights
Contacts: The 'Contacts' page keeps a detailed record of all the contacts your team has received through the two-way contact exchange form. You can easily see which team member received each contact and export the entire list as a CSV for further processing, making it simple to track and manage connections.
Analytics: The 'Analytics' page provides a clear, data-driven overview of how your team members are utilising their Tapt cards. With detailed metrics, you can see which team members are making the most of their cards and track how these cards are being used, helping you optimise engagement and performance across your team.
Accessories
Products: The 'Products' page gives you a comprehensive view of all your existing Tapt hardware. You can easily see which profiles are assigned to each card and reassign them as needed. Additionally, the page shows which cards have had their profiles deleted and offers the option to reactivate them by reassigning to a new profile, ensuring full control over your team’s physical cards.
Orders: The 'Orders' tab is your all-in-one hub for managing card orders, with three distinct sections: Design, Replacements, and Shop.
The Design tab lets you track all orders, both past and ongoing, and take action on them, whether it’s designing new cards or approving design proofs.
The Replacements tab allows you to quickly order new cards when one is lost or damaged.
The Shop button opens the Tapt Shop, where you can purchase brand new cards to add more profiles to your team.
Settings
General: The 'General Settings' tab lets you manage your account’s security and administrative details. You can enable multi-factor authentication for added protection, change the name of the admin account to transfer ownership, or reset your password to maintain access and security.
Organisation: The 'Organisation Settings' tab gives you the flexibility to customize your Dashboard and manage team roles. You can change the name of the Dashboard to better reflect your organization and invite additional admins or group managers to help oversee and manage your team's profiles and settings.
Integrations: The 'Integration Settings' tab allows you to seamlessly connect your CRM, configure Active Directory settings, and set up Single Sign-On (SSO) options. It’s the perfect place to ensure your Tapt system integrates smoothly with your existing tools, streamlining user management and data syncing for a more efficient workflow.
Profile Editing: The 'Profile Editing Settings' tab features the Employee Editing Access option, allowing you to choose whether cardholders can edit their own profiles.
Enabling this option gives employees the flexibility to update their profiles via the Tapt App while on the go, but it may lead to inconsistencies across profiles.
Disabling it ensures greater control over your team’s profiles, maintaining brand uniformity, though it requires the admin team to make all edits, even in urgent situations.

Mange Plan: The 'Manage Plan' tab in Settings allows you to review your current plan type and status, giving you a clear overview of your subscription details.
