The Product tab is your go-to spot for keeping track of all purhcased products and which profile they're connected to. Whether you're reassigning a card, activating a new product, or just checking what’s connected where, you’ll find everything you need right here.
How to Reassign a Product to an Existing Employee
As exampled in our How to Reassign a Tapt Product article, here's how you can reassign one of your products to an existing employee:
Log in to your Dashboard.
Go to the Products tab.
Locate the card you want to reassign and click Reassign.
Select the existing profile to assign the card to.
Important: Only active profiles (those that haven’t been cleared or deleted) will be available for selection.
Activating a New Tapt Product in the Dashboard
For a detailed guide on the different ways to activate your cards, click here. If you’re activating your product via the Tapt Dashboard, follow these steps:
Log in to your Tapt Dashboard.
Go to the Products tab.
Click Activate Products in the upper right corner.
Enter your activation code. If valid, the Activate button will turn from grey to purple.
Click Activate to complete the process and generate a new profile linked to your card.
This process requires dashboard access.
