How to Reassign a Tapt Product

If no personal information is printed on your physical Tapt products, you can reassign the cards to new employees when needed.

Our cards are designed for repeated use, allowing you to reassign them in the event of staff turnover.

How to Reassign a Product to a New Employee:

  1. Log in to your Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the profile that needs to be reassigned.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Clear Profile.

  5. A new profile will be generated, fill in the relevant information.

This process deletes the old profile, creates a new one, and automatically connects the card to the new profile. All analytics and contact data will still be available in your insights, this simply provides a clean slate for setting up the new profile.


How to Reassign a Product to an Existing Employee

  1. Log in to your Dashboard.

  2. Go to the Products tab.

  3. Locate the card you want to reassign and click Reassign.

  4. Select the existing profile to assign the card to.
