Add websites, social links, PDFs and other files

Make useful resources available from a Tapt profile while keeping links and files relevant to the people you share with.

Written by Elon Datt

You can add links and shared resources to a Tapt profile so visitors can open them from the profile page. Use only current, public-facing content that you are authorised to share.

Before you begin

Prepare the destination URLs and files you want to add. Check that each link opens correctly on a phone and that every file is appropriate for anyone who can access the profile.

Important: Do not add confidential files, internal-only links or personal information that should not be publicly available.

Add a link or file

  1. Open the profile in the editing experience available to you.

  2. Add the website, social link, PDF or file.

  3. Give the item a clear label that tells visitors what it opens.

  4. Save the profile.

  5. Open the profile on a phone and test the new item.

Keep profile resources useful

  • Use a clear destination, such as Book a meeting, View our portfolio or Download the product brochure.

  • Remove outdated campaigns, expired event links and superseded files.

  • Check links after changing a website domain or file location.
