Step 1: Get Started in the Tapt App
Download and open the Tapt App on your phone.
Confirm whether you have your Tapt product on hand. You'll be asked if you have a Tapt product (like a Tapt Card) with you.
If you have a card, tap "Yes" to proceed with one of three login methods.
If you don’t have a card, tap "No" and follow the email sign-in method below.
Step 2: Choose How You Want to Log In
You can log in using one of the following methods:
Scan the QR Code
Use NFC (Tap Your Card)
Enter Your Email
If you choose to enter your email, make sure to use the same email associated with your Tapt profile to connect to the correct account.
A verification code will be sent to your email to confirm your profile ownership.
Tap "Continue via Email" and enter the verification code to log in.
If you have multiple profiles linked to the same email, you’ll see a list of available profiles. Select the one you wish to access.
Step 3: You're Logged In!
Congrats — you're now logged in to the Tapt App! 🚀
Your Tapt Card is now connected to your App, allowing you to easily share your contact information with a using either the App or your Card.
Troubleshooting
Make sure your email is linked to your profile. If it's not, reach out to Tapt Support or your Organisation's administrator.
Turn on NFC in your phone settings (for NFC pairing).
Clean your camera lens or increase lighting (for QR scanning).
Restart the app and try again.
