Whether you received your Tapt Card through your organisation or made an individual purchase, setting up and customising your Tapt Card and Digital Profile is easy.
Follow the instructions below to get started based on your scenario:
Part of an Organisation
If your organisation purchased the Tapt Card or Digital Profile for you, your card will be automatically linked to your Digital Profile. Simply scan the QR code or tap on your phone to access your profile.
For any changes or updates to your profile, please contact your organisation's administrator, as they have access to the main Tapt platform.
You can also download the Tapt app to store your profile, add it to your digital wallet, and keep a history of all 2-way contact exchanges you've completed.
If your organisation administrator has enabled individual editing, you will see an 'edit profile' button on the top right of your profile in the app.
Organisation Admin
If you are the organisation administrator, activate your account through your web browser and log in to verify your administrator status.
From the Tapt dashboard, you can edit all profiles, organisation branding, and settings.
Ordering new cards/profiles for your organisation or getting replacement cards can also be done from the dashboard.
As the organisation administrator, you can choose to enable employees to edit their own profiles or disable this ability for brand consistency.
Individual Purchase - Tapt Custom Card or Tapt Black
Scan the QR code on the card's packaging and follow the prompts. Your digital profile will already be linked to your card, and you will be the administrator of your account.
If you want to join your company's organisation, please reach out to our support team with the details of your organisation and the organisation's administrator, and we will assist you in moving your account.
Individual Purchase - Tapt Lite
Scan the QR code on the packaging and follow the prompts to verify and activate your card with your profile.
Tapt Lite is a self-service product, giving you the flexibility to build and customise your profile using the Tapt dashboard on a web browser or the Tapt app.
Tapt Digital Profile Only:
If you opted for the Tapt Digital Profile without a physical card, you can easily edit and customise your profile via the Tapt Platform or the Tapt App.
