The Products tab is your go-to spot for keeping track of all your Tapt profiles and the products they're connected to. Whether you're reassigning a card, activating a new product, or just checking what’s connected where, you’ll find everything you need right here.


Reassigning a Physical Card

Got a Tapt Card that needs to be linked to a new profile? No worries! You can easily reassign it, whether the original profile was deleted or you just want to switch things up.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Products tab.

  2. Find the card you want to reassign and click ‘Reassign’ under the Allocation column.

  3. Select the profile you want the card connected to.

  4. Click ‘Assign to Product’ to complete the process.

Important: Only active profiles (those that haven’t been cleared or deleted) will be available for selection.


Activating a New Tapt Product

Just got a new Tapt product, like a Tapt Stand or Tapt Lite? Before you can start using it, you’ll need to activate it.

Follow these steps:

  1. Find the activation code:

    • Tap your new product against your phone.

    • This will either open a browser or the Tapt App (if installed) and display the activation code.

  2. Activate your product:

    • Open the Dashboard and go to the Products page.

    • Click ‘Activate Products’ in the upper right corner.

    • Enter the activation code.

  3. Assign (or create) a profile:

    • If you want the product to have its own new profile, leave the 'Assign product to existing profile' field blank.

    • If you’d rather connect it to an existing profile, start typing the name and select the right profile from the list.

Once activated, your Tapt product is good to go! 🚀
