So, you've got your brand-new Tapt Google Review Stand—nice! This product makes it super easy for customers to leave a review with just a tap or a scan. But before it can work its magic, you need to activate it. Here's how:

Activating Your Google Review Stand

  1. Tap or Scan – Grab your phone and either tap the Review Stand with an NFC-enabled device or scan the QR code on it.

  2. Enter Your Google Review Link – A setup page will pop up, prompting you to paste in your Google Review link.

    • If you’re unsure where to find this link, there’s a handy guide right below the field to walk you through it.

  3. Confirm & You’re Done! – Once you’ve added the link, it’s automatically applied to your Review Stand, and you're all set!

If you've accidentally add the wrong Google Review URL, no need to worry, please contact our support team and they'll help you update it.


Important to Know

  • No Digital Profile Needed – Unlike other Tapt products, the Review Stand doesn’t appear in your Tapt dashboard because it’s designed purely to direct users to your review page.

  • Instant & Seamless – Once activated, customers can instantly access your review page without any extra steps.
