Complete your purchase: Proceed to checkout and provide the necessary information to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, you'll receive an email with details about your order and an invitation to become an admin for your organisation.

Accept the admin invitation: Click on the admin invitation link in the email you received. This will take you to the Tapt dashboard, where you can create your admin account.

Set up your admin account: Create a secure password for your admin account and verify your email address. You will now have access to the Tapt dashboard, where you can manage your organisation's profiles and settings.

Customise your profile design: Using the Templates tab, create the look for your organisation's digital profile, and choose what fields are available when receiving details back from contacts.

Add more team members: As an admin, you can add team members to join your organisation and create their Tapt profiles by purchasing additional Tapt Products. Each Card comes with one profile which can be assigned to your team members.

Manage profiles: Monitor and manage your team members' profiles through the dashboard under Profiles. You can review and approve their profiles before they go live.

Place a replacement card order (optional): If you ever need a replacement card for yourself or any team member, you can easily order one through the 'Shop' in your dashboard.
