Effectively managing profiles is a crucial aspect of optimising your Tapt card experience. This Knowledge Base article will walk you through the seamless profile management process within the Tapt Dashboard, enabling you to tailor each profile to perfection.
Accessing the Profiles Section
Navigate to Profiles: Locate the "Profiles" option on the left-hand navigation bar. Clicking on this option will open up the Profiles section, where you can manage individual profiles.
Bulk Editing Profiles
CSV Import and Export: For bulk editing, utilise the CSV import and export feature. Click on the "Edit via CSV" button located on the top right of your screen. This allows you to efficiently update multiple profiles simultaneously.
Bulk Edit Selection: To select profiles for bulk editing, tick the checkboxes next to the "Name" and "Profile ID" on the left-hand side. This streamlined approach makes it convenient to make changes to multiple profiles at once.
Managing Individual Profiles
Edit Profile Icon: To make specific changes to an individual profile, locate the profile you wish to modify. Click on the pencil icon (Edit Profile) next to the profile's name. This action opens up a detailed view where you can edit various aspects of the profile.
View Profile Icon: Alternatively, you can choose to simply view a profile's details without making changes. Click on the eye icon (View Profile) next to the profile's name to access the profile's information.
Personalised Profile Editing
Click Edit Profile Icon: Inside the profile view, click on the "Edit Profile" button to start making changes. This allows you to modify personal information and details specific to the individual profile.
