Dispatch Time and Delivery πŸš€

At Tapt, we're committed to getting your order to you as swiftly as possible. Once your order is placed, it will typically be dispatched within 10 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the location and the delivery service you choose. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 10 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

For our international customers, we understand that distance can play a role in the shipping process. International shipping may take between 14 to 21 days. Please keep in mind that some countries may require you to pay import tax upon receipt of your goods.

Returning a Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Order πŸ› οΈ

If, by any chance, your Tapt Card(s) or other Products arrive damaged, incorrect, or faulty, don't worry - we've got you covered! Simply reach out to us at support@tapt.io as soon as possible to arrange your return or exchange. We'll provide you with the necessary instructions to return the damaged or defective items to us.

Responsibility and Refunds πŸ’Ό

When returning items to us, it's essential to ensure they are safely packaged and sent back within a reasonable time. While we strive to process refunds promptly, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed.

If the return is due to our failure to comply with a Consumer Guarantee, we'll cover the cost of the return for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Before placing your order, please double-check and ensure that you provide the correct and complete delivery address. In case of any mistakes, your order might be returned to us. If that happens, don't worry! We can arrange redelivery upon your request. However, please note that a redelivery fee will apply for each subsequent delivery attempt.

Once the Tapt Card(s) or other Products are delivered and signed for, the title and risk pass to you. If you provide written authority for delivery without a signature, any included insurance cover may be voided, and title and risk will pass to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

While we endeavour to ensure timely delivery, we don't control the delivery times of our courier company. After dispatch, it's your responsibility to liaise with the courier regarding the delivery date and be available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
