From Production to Delivery: What to Expect

Once your Tapt Card design is submitted, our design team will send you a proof within 1-2 business days. Take your time to review the proof and ensure everything is spot on.

  • Proof Approval: After you approve the proof, we’ll move your order into production.

  • Production: We print and dispatch your order the following day. From there, we aim to have your card printed, packaged, and ready for shipping within 5 business days. Often, even quicker!

Steps to Track Your Order

  1. Check Your Order Confirmation Email:
    After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with your order number. Keep this handy!

  2. Watch for a Shipping Notification:
    Once your card ships, we’ll send you another email. This one includes:

    • A link to the carrier’s tracking portal

  3. Track on the Carrier’s Website:
    Click the link in your shipping email, or head to the carrier’s site and enter your tracking number. You’ll see real-time updates on your card’s journey to you.
