At Tapt, we want to ensure a smooth shipping experience for all our valued customers. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to PO boxes due to several logistical challenges and considerations. We strive to deliver our products in a timely and secure manner, and shipping to PO boxes can hinder that objective.

  • Delays and Complications: PO boxes are often situated in specific postal facilities that may not be easily accessible to courier services. This can result in delays and difficulties in ensuring timely delivery of our Tapt Digital Business Cards.

  • Size and Weight Limitations: PO boxes typically have restrictions on the size and weight of packages they can receive. As our Tapt Digital Business Cards come in various types and designs, some of them may exceed these limitations, making shipping to PO boxes impractical.

  • Security Risks: Shipping to PO boxes may pose security risks, as these addresses may not offer the same level of protection against theft or damage as physical street addresses. Moreover, PO boxes generally do not require a signature upon delivery, which is crucial for certain valuable or sensitive shipments.

While we understand that this restriction may pose some inconvenience for certain customers, our decision is driven by the aim to provide a more reliable and secure shipping experience overall. Our team is continuously working to explore alternative shipping options to better serve all our clients.

If you encounter any difficulties or have questions regarding shipping, please feel free to reach out to our dedicated support team at support@tapt.io. We are here to assist you and ensure that your Tapt experience is hassle-free.

At Tapt, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best service possible.
