All users of Tapt digital business cards, whether they purchase individually or as part of an organisation, have access to the Tapt Mobile App. This App is your go-to tool for seamless profile management and networking.

As an organisation admin, you will have the ability to invite staff to the Tapt Mobile App. Follow the below steps to get your staff set up:

  • Log into your Tapt Dashboard.

  • Navigate to your ‘Profiles’ page.

  • Under the ‘App Access’ column, you will see one of three icons, depending on whether or not that individual staff member has downloaded and accessed the app.

A green ‘tick’ indicates that the staff member has downloaded and logged into the App (yay!).

A red ‘cross’ means they have not downloaded and logged into the App.

A yellow ‘ellipsis’ means they have had an invitation to the App sent to them, but have not downloaded and logged into the App.

  • To send an invitation to the members of your staff that have not yet successfully downloaded and logged into the App, you simply need to ‘select’ them in the far left column of your Profiles list, and then click ‘Invite to App’ at the bottom of your screen.

Once your employees are on the App, they’ll be able to see the contacts they have received, save them to their phone, add their card to their digital wallets, and more! For more information on the features of the App, please see our Help Centre article here.

One last thing…by default, through the app, employees will have the ability to edit their own profiles.

If you want to turn this off (we get it, you might not want people to be able to change details themselves), just navigate through ‘Settings’  ‘Profile and Editing’ and toggle this off.

P.S. If your employees hold down any of the icons in the Tapt Mobile App once they’re logged in, they’ll get a cool surprise…
