The Contacts page in the Tapt Dashboard contains contacts your profile holders receive through two-way contact exchange. Admins can review who collected each contact and export the list for use outside Tapt.
View captured contacts
Go to Insights > Contacts.
Review the captured contact details and the profile holder associated with each record.
The fields shown for each contact match the fields turned on in the organisation’s contact-exchange template.
Export contacts
Select Export via CSV on the Contacts page to download all contacts available to you as a CSV file. You can then review the data or import it into another supported system.
Important: Contact exports contain personal information. Store, share and import the file according to your organisation’s privacy and security requirements.
Send contacts to a CRM
When your organisation has configured a supported CRM integration, captured contacts can be sent to HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics 365. Review the relevant integration guide before relying on automated transfer.
You can also use Tapt’s Zapier integration to send captured contacts to a CRM supported by your Zapier workflow.
Use a CSV export when your organisation needs a manual import or does not use a configured integration.
Fix missing contact fields
If an expected field is missing from newly captured contacts, review the Contact Exchange template and confirm that the field is turned on.
Changing the template affects which fields appear when future visitors submit the contact-exchange form. It does not add information that a visitor did not provide.
Dashboard contacts and phone contacts
You cannot save a contact directly to a phone from the Tapt Dashboard. A profile holder can use the Tapt App to open a collected contact and save it to their device.
