Dashboard navigation and account overview

Learn how to access the Tapt Dashboard and find the areas used to manage your organisation, profiles, products, insights and settings.

Written by Elon Datt

The Tapt Dashboard is the web workspace administrators and group managers use to manage the parts of a Tapt account available to their role. What you can see and change depends on your access.

Access the Tapt Dashboard

When a new account is created after an order, the administrator receives an email invitation with instructions to set up their account.

  1. Open the administrator invitation sent to your email address.

  2. Follow the link to verify your email and create your account.

If you expected an invitation but cannot find it, check your spam or junk folder. Contact Tapt Support if the invitation is missing or the previous administrator has left your organisation.

Find the main areas

  • Organisation: View and edit profiles, organise profiles into groups and manage profile or contact-exchange templates.

  • Insights: View contacts collected through two-way contact exchange and review profile activity in Analytics.

  • Accessories: View physical products and their profile assignments. Use Orders to work with designs, replacements and new purchases.

  • Settings: Manage account security, organisation details, administrator and group-manager access, integrations, profile-editing preferences and plan information.

Some pages or controls may not appear if you are a group manager or if a feature is not available to your account.

Start with a common task

  • Open Organisation > All Profiles to review or update team profiles.

  • Open Organisation > Groups to organise profiles or assign a group manager.

  • Open Insights > Contacts to view contacts collected by your team.

  • Open Insights > Analytics to review profile activity.

  • Open Accessories > Products to check which profile is assigned to a physical product.

  • Open Settings > Organisation to manage administrators and group managers.
