View or export your users, profiles and product assignments

Audit who can access your Tapt account, which profiles belong to it and how physical products are assigned.

Written by Elon Datt

Use the Tapt Dashboard to review account users, profiles and product assignments. Profile data can be exported as a CSV when you need to audit or update it outside the Dashboard.

View account users

  1. Go to Settings > Organisation.

  2. Review each user’s email address, role and invitation status.

  3. Open the role control when you need to check assigned groups or change access.

Admins can view organisation-wide access. A group manager may see only the parts of the account assigned to their role.

View profiles

  1. Open Organisation > All Profiles.

  2. Review the active profiles in the organisation.

  3. Open a profile to check its details, group, app status and connected sharing methods.

Use the profile list to identify incomplete, duplicate or outdated profiles before changing access or product assignments.

Export profile data

  1. Open All Profiles.

  2. Select Edit via CSV.

  3. Select Export a CSV in the window that opens.

  4. Save the downloaded file securely.

Downloading the CSV does not change the profiles. If you edit and reimport it, review the field mapping carefully before selecting Import.

Important: A CSV export can contain personal information. Store and share it according to your organisation’s privacy and security requirements.

View product assignments

  1. Open Accessories > Products.

  2. Find the product you want to check.

  3. Review the profile shown in its assignment or allocation column.

The product list can also show products linked to a deleted profile. Use the available assignment control when an eligible product needs to be connected to an active profile.

For a consolidated export that is not available through the profile CSV, contact Tapt Support and describe the users, profiles or product fields you need.

Confirm your audit

Check that:

  • only current admins and group managers retain Dashboard access;

  • each profile belongs to the intended person or business;

  • each physical product is assigned to the correct active profile; and

  • the profile holder’s app-access email is current.
