The Contacts tab in your Tapt Dashboard is your go-to spot for viewing all the contacts your cardholders have collected. Whether you're keeping track of new leads or managing networking efforts, this tab gives Admins full visibility over contact exchanges.


What You Can Do in the Contacts Tab

  • View all collected contacts – See every contact your team has received, along with the team member who collected them.

  • Access contact details – The fields displayed here match the ones enabled in your Contact Exchange template.

  • Export contacts – Need to move contacts into your CRM? Easily export the list as a CSV file for manual import.

  • Set up CRM integrations – Using HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365 Sales? Automate the process by integrating your contacts directly into your CRM.


Important Notes

  • You can’t save contacts directly from the Dashboard. Instead, profile holders can save contacts directly to their phone via the Tapt App.

  • Ensure your Contact Exchange template is set up correctly so you capture the right details when contacts are collected.
