How to Edit a Profile via the Tapt Dashboard (Admins)
If you’re an organisation admin, you can manage and edit profiles for your team through the Tapt Dashboard. Here’s how:
Log In to the Dashboard:
Navigate to Profiles:
Select a Profile:
Edit the Profile:
Add Social Links:
Edit Company Information:
Customise with Quick Links or Files:
Enable/Disable Features:
Save Your Changes:
Bulk Editing Profiles
For admins managing multiple profiles, Tapt supports bulk updates. Here’s how:
Navigate to All Profiles on your Dashboard and click on 'Edit via CSV.'
A pop up will appear, you can download and reupload the CSV via this popup.
To export, simply click on the Export a CSV hyperlink.
Open the downloaded CSV file, and make edits directly.
Save the file, and upload the updated CSV back into the Dashboard. Then select next.
Map the fields to ensure all columns in the CSV are linked properly and formatted correctly.
Confirm changes to update all profiles in one go by selecting Import. Refresh the page to confirm changes have been made.
