Contacts collected through two-way contact exchange are available in different places depending on what you need to do. Profile holders can use the Tapt App to save a contact to their phone. Administrators can view and export the organisation's collected contacts in the Tapt Dashboard.

You can also use a CRM integration to automatically send collected contacts to the system your organisation uses.

Save a contact to your phone

  1. Open the Tapt App.

  2. Open Contacts.

  3. Select the contact you want to save.

  4. Follow the phone prompt to add the contact to your device.

View and export contacts in the Tapt Dashboard

  1. Sign in to the Tapt Dashboard.

  2. Open Contacts.

  3. Review the collected contacts and the profile holder associated with each one.

  4. Export the contact list as a CSV file when you need to use it outside Tapt.

The fields in the contacts list match the fields enabled in your contact-exchange template.

Check the contact-exchange template

If an expected field is missing from new contacts, review the Contact Exchange template and confirm that the field is turned on.
