The Tapt Mobile App is an essential tool for your team. It allows them to:
Share their profile effortlessly.
Scan paper business cards.
Track and manage collected contacts.
And much more!
To get the most out of Tapt, it's important that your team sets up the app.
As an organisation admin, you can invite team members who haven’t yet connected. This will send them an email with instructions to download and connect to the app.
Here's what you need to know:
Checking a User’s App Login Status
When logged into the dashboard, navigate to the "My Profiles" page and check the app status against all your profiles.
A green tick indicates that the staff member has downloaded and logged into the App (yay!).
A red cross means they have not downloaded and logged into the App.
A yellow ellipsis means they have had an invitation to the App sent to them, but have not downloaded and logged into the App.

How to Invite Users to the App
For profiles that are not yet connected to the app, you can send an invite with just a click.
Inviting Individually:
Click the invite icon next to the profile.
Inviting in Bulk:
Select the profiles you want to invite.
Click the three-dot menu.
Select "Invite to App."
This will send an email invitation with instructions to download and connect to the app.
