The Orders tab is your central hub for actioning, tracking, and reviewing all of your Tapt orders. Whether you've just placed a new order, are reviewing a design proof, or want to access artwork from a completed order, you'll find everything in one place.
What You'll Find in the Orders Tab
Each order displays the key information you need at a glance:
Order Number & Date – See when your order was placed.
Product Type – View the Tapt products included in the order.
Order Status – Track where your order is in the design and production process.
Available Actions – Depending on the order status, you can submit a design, review a proof, or view your final artwork.
Understanding Your Order Status
Your order will move through several stages as it progresses.
Design Needed
Your order is ready for artwork. Click Design Now to open the Card Customiser and submit your design.
Design in Progress
Your design or feedback has been received and is being reviewed by our design team.
There's nothing you need to do at this stage—we're working on it.
Approval Needed
Your proof is ready to review. Open the proof and either:
Approve it for printing.
Request design changes.
Printing
Your design has been approved and is now being printed and prepared for dispatch.
On Hold
We haven't received your design yet, and our follow-up emails haven't received a response.
When you're ready, simply submit your design by reaching out to Tapt Support and we'll get your order moving again.
Submit Your Design
If your order is waiting for artwork:
Open the Orders tab.
Find your order.
Click Design Now.
Create your design in the Card Customiser.
Submit it for review.

Review Your Proof
When your proof is ready, you'll see an Approval Needed button. Click it to open the proof viewer, then choose one of the following.
Request Design Changes
If you'd like any edits:
Click Make Design Changes.
Add your comments or upload any supporting files.
Submit your feedback.
Our design team will update your proof and send it back for review.
Approve for Printing
Happy with your design? Click Proceed to Printing to approve your proof, and we'll take it from there.
View Your Final Design
Once your order has been completed, you'll see a Final Design button. Click it to view the artwork that was approved for print.
Your approved designs are also saved in your Dashboard, making it easy to use them as the starting point for future orders.
