You can edit your profile within the Tapt app, but your organisation’s settings may restrict this ability. If editing is allowed, you’ll see an 'Edit' button in the app. If not, you’ll see an error message prompting you to contact your administrator.
Some organisations disable profile editing to ensure compliance, preventing employees from making unauthorised changes to their details.
How to Edit Your Profile in the Tapt App:
Open the Tapt app.
Tap the 'Edit' button on your profile.
If editing is allowed, make your changes and save them.
If you see an error message, your organisation has restricted editing—contact your administrator for assistance.
Editing Your Profile Page Appearance in the Tapt App
If you can’t edit your profile’s appearance, cover image, or colours in the Tapt app, it’s likely because your profile follows Organisation Settings. These settings must be changed in the Tapt Dashboard.
To enable profile appearance editing in the app, an administrator must update the settings.
To allow profile appearance editing in the app:
In the Tapt Dashboard, go to My Profiles and click the 'Edit' icon against the profile you want to update.
Toggle on 'Profile Page Appearance'.
Once enabled, you can edit your profile’s appearance directly in the app.
