Start with the design template available in the Card Customiser. Use the template for your order rather than building artwork from a generic business-card size.
Get the artwork template
Open your order in Orders in the Tapt Dashboard.
Select Design Now to open the Card Customiser.
Download the available PDF or AI design template.
Give the template to the person preparing your artwork.
Use any dimensions, trim marks and safe-area guidance supplied with the template. If those details are missing or unclear, ask Tapt Support for the print specification for your product before exporting.
Prepare the upload file
The documented Upload Design requirements are:

Multiple people | Separate pages or artboards for each person, including their printed details |
The file upload requirements apply to completed card artwork. A digital profile banner is a separate asset and should not be used as a card-size template.
Supply your brand assets
If the design team is preparing the artwork, provide your logo, images, font files and CMYK colour values where available. CMYK is a colour system used for print.
Include clear instructions about which information belongs on the physical card and which information should appear only on the digital profile.
Check the artwork before submitting
Check that:
Each person's name and contact details are correct.
The front and back, where applicable, are clearly identified.
Logos and text are legible at the intended print size.
Content follows the template's positioning guidance.
Your file includes all required people and fits the upload limit.
If the file is rejected or you need several different layouts, contact Tapt Support with the order number and a description of the issue.
Review the proof supplied by Tapt before approving production, even if you uploaded finished artwork.
