Contact enrichment looks for additional information about a person already in your Tapt contacts. You can use it after scanning a card or badge, or when an existing contact has missing details.
Enrich a contact
Open Contacts in the Tapt App.
Find the person you want to enrich.
Select the contact's enrichment option.
Check the details returned for that person.
Enrichment can help find an email address, phone number, job title, LinkedIn profile or company information. Check that the result matches the person you met before using it to follow up.
