How to Reorder as an Existing Customer

Already have a Tapt account and need to order more products? Firstly, that you, we appreciate your business. Here's a quick step-by-step to ordering more product for your team:

  • Login to your dashboard

  • Click on the Orders dropdown in the left-hand navigation bar.

  • Select Shop.

  • The Tapt Shop will open in a separate browser tab.

  • Add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout.

This will automatically log you into the Tapt Shop site and free fill some of your existing shipping information.

Important Notes:

  • Make sure you use any email that is associated with your dashboard to ensure profiles are generated correctly.

  • If you purchased products that require activation (Tapt Lite and Tapt Stands), you’ll need to wait for them to be shipped before activation. See our Activation Guide.
