Need to add more Tapt products for your team? We've made it easy to place another order directly from your Dashboard.
Ordering More Custom Cards or Digital Profiles
Log in to your Tapt Dashboard.
Navigate to either the Profiles or Orders tab.
Click Add More Profiles in the top-right corner.
A pop-up will appear asking whether you'd like to order:
Custom Cards
Digital Profiles
Select the option you'd like to purchase.
Adjust the quantity as needed.
Click Go to Checkout to review and complete your order.
Ordering Other Tapt Products
Looking for additional products like Tapt Stands, Tapt Blacks, or other accessories?
Log in to your Tapt Dashboard.
Navigate to either the Profiles or Orders tab.
Click Add More Profiles in the top-right corner.
In the pop-up window, click Shop All Products in the upper-right corner.
You'll be taken to the Tapt Shop, where you can browse and purchase additional products.
Important Notes:
Make sure you use any email that is associated with your dashboard to ensure profiles are generated correctly.
If you purchased products that require activation (Tapt Lite and Tapt Stands), you’ll need to wait for them to be shipped before activation. See our Activation Guide.
