Reorder an existing design or order a replacement card

Choose the right ordering path for new employees or replacement cards, and check the artwork and printed details.

Order additional cards when you're adding people. Use the replacement process when someone already has a linked product and needs a newly printed card.

Replacement cards use the approved design from your most recent card order. Contact Tapt Support before ordering if you want a completely new design.

Add cards for new employees

  1. Open Profiles or Orders.

  2. Select Add More Profiles.

  3. Choose Custom Cards and enter the quantity.

  4. Select Go to Checkout and complete the order using an email associated with your account.

After checkout, you will have an opportunity to design the new cards and provide each employee's printed details. You can use your previous final proof as the starting point.

If an employee already has a digital profile and needs their first physical card, contact Tapt Support to confirm the appropriate ordering path.

Order a replacement card

Before ordering, update the linked profile's name, job title, phone number and any other details that appear on the card.

  1. Open Products in the Tapt Dashboard.

  2. Find the product you need to replace.

  3. Select Order Replacement.

  4. Review the details and complete the order.

For several replacements, select the relevant products and choose Order Replacements.

Updating a digital profile does not change information already printed on a card. A new printed card is needed to change that information.

Check the design before printing

Review the proof sent for your replacement order. Check every printed field and confirm that the correct approved design has been reused.

If the design or details are wrong, request an amendment before approving the proof. Do not rely on a later profile edit to correct the artwork.

When the card arrives, tap it or scan its QR code to confirm that it opens the intended profile.
