Ensuring your Tapt card stays updated and readily available is vital for uninterrupted networking experiences. Tapt offers a straightforward and efficient reordering process, whether you need a replacement card with no changes or want to update your contact details. If you are an account administrator, you will be able to order replacement cards for yourself or your team members. In this article, we'll guide you through the process of reordering Tapt cards, whether you need to keep the details the same or require an update.

Ordering a Replacement Card

  1. Login to Your Account

  2. Navigate to the Shop's Replacement Card Tab: On the left-hand toolbar, locate and click on the 'Shop' tab. After this, select the option for 'Replacement Cards.'

  3. Select the profiles for replacement cards: If you're an account administrator, select the profiles for which you need replacement cards. Check the relevant checkboxes.

  4. Proceed to Checkout: Once you've made your selections, proceed to checkout by clicking the appropriate button.

Updating Details

When ordering replacement cards, there's no need for extra forms, unlike when ordering new cards. Our design team will automatically use the information from the profile for replacement card orders, including names, positions, and mobile numbers. To prevent outdated information on the physical cards, make sure to update the profiles before placing a replacement card order.
