Need a replacement Tapt card? We’ve got you covered with a quick and simple reordering process. Whether you're keeping the same details or making updates, here’s how to get it done:
Ordering a Replacement Card
Login to your account
On the left-hand toolbar, locate and click on the 'Order' tab and select the option for 'Replacements.'
Select 'Reorder' on the profile you'd like a replacement card for.
Complete your order
Ordering Multiple Replacement Card
Login to Your Account
On the left-hand toolbar, locate and click on the 'Order' tab and select the option for 'Replacements.'
Select the profiles you'd like to order replacement cards for by ticking the relevant checkboxes.
Click Proceed to Checkout and complete your order.
Important: You will receive a proof to review and approve before we print your cards.
Updating Details Before Ordering
Ensure your profiles are updated before ordering. The design team will automatically use the information from your profile, including names, positions, and mobile numbers, for replacement cards.
Double-check and update your details to avoid outdated information appearing on your new cards.
