Ordering a Single Replacement Card
Log in to your Tapt account.
Go to the 'Order' tab on the left-hand toolbar and select 'Replacements.'
Find the profile you need a new card for and click 'Reorder.'
Review your details and complete your order.
Ordering Multiple Replacement Cards
Need replacements for more than one profile? No problem! Here’s how:
Log in to your Tapt account.
Go to the 'Order' tab and select 'Replacements.'
Select the profiles you want to reorder cards for by ticking the checkboxes.
Click 'Proceed to Checkout' and finalise your order.
Updating Your Details Before Ordering
Your replacement card will be printed using the details from your profile, so make sure everything is up to date!
Check your profile information – Ensure names, positions, and mobile numbers are current.
Update before ordering – Changes won’t be possible once your order is placed.
