A Tapt Stand and a Google Review Stand are both designed for a shared physical location, but they open different types of destinations. Choose the stand type based on the single action you want a visitor to take.

Both stand types allow a visitor to open the destination by near-field communication (NFC) or QR code.
Use a Tapt Stand for a shared profile
A Tapt Stand suits a reception, counter, display or event location where visitors need to open a Tapt profile. The profile can contain current contact details, websites and other content managed by the organisation.
Updating the linked profile changes what visitors see the next time they tap or scan. It does not require changes to the physical stand.
Use a Google Review Stand for one review destination
A Google Review Stand sends visitors directly to the selected Google review page. It does not create a Tapt profile and does not appear in the Tapt Dashboard.
Use the direct review link for the stand's intended business location. If the business or location changes, Tapt Support must update the destination.
Confirm a stand's current setup
Tap the stand and open the notification.
Scan its QR code with another phone.
Confirm that both methods open the same intended profile or review page.
For a Tapt Stand, check its assignment in Products in the Tapt Dashboard.
For a Google Review Stand, contact Tapt Support if the destination needs to change.
