If your Tapt product arrives damaged, appears faulty or differs from your order, contact Tapt Support with the order details and evidence of the issue.
For a purchase through Officeworks, contact Officeworks to request a refund. Keep the receipt available for any Tapt product investigation.
Identify the issue
Before requesting a return, note what is wrong:
The product or packaging arrived damaged.
The product does not match the order.
Printed artwork differs from the proof you approved.
The product does not respond to a tap or QR scan.
Activation fails or opens an unexpected profile.
For a printing issue, compare the card with the approved proof. For a tap or QR issue, record which sharing method fails and any troubleshooting you've completed.
Request an assessment
Email Tapt Support with your order number and purchasing email.
Describe the problem and how many products are affected.
Attach clear photos of damage or printing differences, or a short video showing the fault.
Include the approved proof or the activation error where relevant.
Follow the team's instructions for assessment and the next step.
Wait for return instructions before sending a product back. Tapt may need the product returned for further assessment.
Return a product when instructed
Use the return address and shipping instructions provided for your case. Package the product securely and keep a record of the return shipment.
Ask the team to confirm any return shipping arrangement and the proposed remedy. A reported issue does not by itself confirm a refund or replacement.
Check the outcome or refund status
Keep the support correspondence and any return tracking details. If you need an update, reply with the order number and case details.
For an approved refund, ask for the processing timeframe that applies to your case. Bank processing may add time before the funds appear in your account.
Replace a lost card or change printed details
A lost card or a request for new printed information follows the replacement ordering process. Review the linked profile details and approved design before buying a replacement.
If the original product may be faulty, request an assessment before placing a paid replacement order.
