Profile page appearance controls the look and feel of a profile page. It does not include the profile photo.
You can set the appearance in a template for multiple profiles, or turn on a custom appearance for one profile.
Before you begin
Use a template when the same appearance should apply to every profile linked to that template.
Use a custom profile page appearance when one profile needs its own appearance.
To let a profile holder update their own appearance in the Tapt App, the profile must use a custom profile page appearance and the person must have editing access in the app.
Update the appearance in a template
Use these steps when the same appearance should apply to multiple profiles.
Sign in to the Tapt Dashboard.
Go to Templates, then Profile Design.
Open the template you want to update.
Update the settings that control the look and feel of the profile page.
Save the template.
Open a profile linked to the template and check that the updated appearance is shown.
The template appearance is applied to every profile linked to that template.
Set a custom appearance for one profile
Use these steps when a single profile needs its own profile page appearance.
Sign in to the Tapt Dashboard as an admin.
Open the profile you want to update in the profile edit screen.
Turn on Assign a custom profile page design to this profile holder.
Update the settings that control the look and feel of that profile page.
Save your changes.
Open the profile page and check that the updated appearance is shown.
Let a profile holder customise their appearance
After you turn on Assign a custom profile page design to this profile holder for a profile, confirm that the profile holder has editing access in the Tapt App. They can then customise the look and feel of their own profile page in the app.

When a profile is created directly in the Tapt App, it has its own custom profile page appearance.
